A core part of the SOUVENIR program is NIRSOMS, the Negros Island Region Special Order Management System, which manages and tracks special orders across the region.

If you are a graduate requiring a Special Order, kindly contact the private school where you completed your program so they can coordinate the issuance with DepEd NIR.
